现在不是马上圣诞节，这段时间在写开发信以及发开发信的时候，是不是很多自动回复，应该大家都很多吧？
这也很正常，我们外贸人平时工作中都会遇到很多自动回复，好比，现在不是上班时间，请几点到几点联系之类。
这两个月发开发信，我也经常遇到客户的自动回复，其中有一些也是关于休假的。
那么我们一起看看下面的客户自动回复，能在文中看出来，他们在休假，而且不希望被打扰，我也完全能够理解。
所以，我们在这个时候，如果真的不是非常要紧的事情，就不要去打扰了，谁都不希望在休假的时候被打扰对吧！
现在接近圣诞和新年，很多客户也都在放假，如果不是特别紧急的事情，也不希望被打扰！

看到对方的自动回复，反向思考下，那当我们春节的时候是不是也可以设置个自动回复呢？既告诉了客户你目前处于春节休假期间，也让他知道你不是不回复或许知道了还会给你留个回复的机会呢。
以及，放假的时候肯定也不会老是去邮箱看看有没有邮件吧，那么为了错过这些重要的邮件以及紧急的事情，我们可以在邮件里面留个电话，自然真的有紧急需求的客户肯定会直接给你打电话啦！

有人说，上帝给我们的天赋没有差别，但细节可以让我们与众不同。在外贸的道路上也是如此。注重细节可以让客户更加信任我们，让客户在与我们合作时更加放心！
所有做得好的销售，他们总是想得比普通人更周到，做得比普通销售员更多，所以订单总是光顾他们更多！
