一、深入了解产品细节
用通俗易懂的语言,或者产品图片、影像、证书等,让客户看到产品质量的价值。
二、数字化、形象化体现产品优势
发现、总结自己产品的优势,把这些产品优势通过数字化、形象化的方法介绍给客户,
三、让客户自己体验
可以通过邀请客户来工厂参观,在展会上和客户沟通,给客户寄样品等方式,让客户体验到产品的功能性。
售后及客户投诉的解决思路:
1、主动联系买家,提前告知客户产品的注意事项和使用方法等。
2、倾听和及时回复客户,安抚客户情绪。
3、真诚道歉,安抚客户的同时,委婉的让客户愿意配合你
4、了解分析客户投诉的真正原因。比如是沟通的问题,是客户责任,还是自身的责任。
5、提出可以让双方双赢的解决方案,让客户容易接受,我们也能将损失降到最低。
6、最后要跟踪实际解决效果,让客户有良好的服务体验感。
